Dr Stephen Chan is an Anaesthesiologist subspecialising in Pain Management. He is also Assistant Group Chief Clinical Informatics Officer for NHG and extensively involved in the Next Generation Electronic Medical Record project. Special clinical interests include ultrasound guided regional anaesthesia procedures and minimally invasive pain interventions; while his informatics interests centre around the various facets of Population Health, empowering patients, enabling mobility, as well as the increasing role of Artificial Intelligence in healthcare delivery.
